How it works

TEXSENDER is a software  designed for those who want to send Telegram messages directly from PC in a simple and effective way. TexSender does not requires API and uses Telegram Web technology to automate to automate various operations such as sending messages, adding members to your group, etc.. If you want to start taking advantage of this powerful and increasingly popular communication channel here’s why you should use TexSender:

1. Create and send personalized messages to Telegram contacts or user lists (phone number or username list). It is possible to send messages with MULTI-ACCOUNT in rotation.
2. Import contacts (Telegram username or phone numbers) from your PC (from TXT file)
3. Send Telegram messages even to contacts you don’t have in your address book
4. Triple sending mode: send Telegram messages to user lists (through their “username”), to your Telegram contacts or to Telegram groups / channels
5. Allows you to create multiple versions of a message and send them randomly (to reduce the risk of bans)
6. Ability to see sending report in real time
7. Ability to set a random delay between messages to reduce the risk of bans
8. Ability to send Telegram messages with attachments: photos, videos, PDF documents, word, text files, etc …

10. Add members to your group from a @username list loaded into the program. To get around Telegram limits it is also possible to add members using multiple accounts at the same time in rotation.

NOTE: The FREE version of TexSender has the only limitation on importing up to 3 contacts or sending up to 5 messages at a time.

This software allows you to communicate with Telegram users who know you and who expect to receive your messages (e.g. customers, students, patients, etc.), and it is not a spam tool, so we are not responsible in case of suspension or ban of your Telegram account. Immediately after the installation you will see the following main screen:

Installation

Download TexSender on your Windows PC. You will download a TexSender.exe file. Double click on this file to install the program.

After installation open the program and click on START SERVICE to open the Telegram Web window.

Now you’ll need to enter your Telegram account phone number and click Next to sign in to webk.telegram.org

With TexSender it is also possible to use different Telegram accounts (even simultaneously and in rotation). From the main screen (LOGIN) click on MANAGE ACCONT. In the window that opens, press ADD ACCOUNT at the bottom to add a Telegram account to use (you will need to give an indicative name to the account and then log in by entering the phone number and the verification code).

After you have added all your telegram accounts you can select the one to use, press SELECT and then from the login window click START SERVICE.

Having multiple telegram accounts registered in the program can help you to send multiple messages to user lists (taking advantage of the different accounts in rotation) in order to bypass the Telegram sending limits. You will also be able to use multiple accounts in rotation for the function of adding members to your group or channel. For more details read the guides below.

HOW TO SEND BULK TELEGRAM MESSAGES from PC

TexSender allows you to send Telegram messages in various ways:

1. Sending messages to Telegram Username or Phone Number Lists
2. Send messages to all your Telegram Contacts
3. Sending messages to Telegram Groups

We will see in detail all these modes. Before sending, however, it is obviously necessary to write the message to be sent. TexSender allows you to create multiple versions of the message so that they can be sent randomly (the risk of spam blocking is reduced).

In the TexSender home screen (MESSAGE tab) there is already a preloaded test message. Right click on it to edit or remove it. To edit or create a new message you need to fill in the form on the left. Enter a title (message identifier), the textual content (with links, any emoticons, etc.) and at the bottom you can also insert an attachment (image, video, document …)

You can also enter the following formats to customize the message:

• bold: **text** → text
• italic: __text__ → text
• monospace: “’text“’ → text

A) SENDING MESSAGES TO USERNAME LIST

After creating the message to send (or the different versions of the message), click on the SEND TO USERS LIST tab at the top. This will bring up a screen where you only have to do two things:

1. Press the IMPORT USERNAME LIST button to load the list of telegram users (via username)
2. Press the START button to start sending the messages.

The file with the usernames to be imported must be in txt format and must contain the list of all the usernames, such as:

username1
username2
username3

Before sending, you can also set a random delay between messages to reduce the risk of bans.

After pressing START, the following screen will open which will ask you if you want to send from the Telegram account you are logged in (“Cache”), or choose another account (among those saved) or use multiple accounts in rotation (eg send in rotation 1 message for each account)

After sending the table in the program will update with the sending status.

The program for each user will tell you if the message was sent successfully, which of the created messages was sent and in the case of unsent message you can read the reason under the column Reason.

B) SENDING MESSAGES TO PHONE NUMBERS LIST

After creating the message to send (or the different versions of the message), click on the SEND TO USERS LIST tab at the top. To send a message to a list of phone numbers you need to:

1. Press the IMPORT PHONE LIST button to load the list of telegram phone numbers
2. Press the START button to start sending the messages.

The file with the usernames to be imported must be in txt format and must contain the list of all the phone numbers with the + and country code before the number, e.g

Before sending, you can also set a random delay between messages to reduce the risk of bans.

After pressing START, the following screen will open which will ask you if you want to send from the Telegram account you are logged in (“Cache”), or choose another account (among those saved) or use multiple accounts in rotation (eg send in rotation 1 message for each account)

After sending the table in the program will update with the sending status.

The program for each user will tell you if the message was sent successfully, which of the created messages was sent and in the case of unsent message you can read the reason under the column Reason. If you see “USER NOT FOUND”  it means that the phone number is not associated with any active telegram account.

Please note that in order to send the message, the program will save the number in your contacts (with name Number-XXXXX). Only after saving it will it proceed to send the message.

c) SEND MESSAGES TO YOUR TELEGRAM CONTACTS

If you want to send a message to all or part of your telegram contacts, with TexSender it is very simple. First create the message (or more than one) in the MESSAGE tab. Then go to the Send to your Contacts tab and press the LOAD YOUR CONTACTS button.

Make sure that the Telegram Web window is always open in the background so that the program will be able to do the automatic operations necessary to import your contacts.

After loading you will see the list of all your contacts on the program screen and you can select the recipients for your message.

Select the contacts and then press down on SEND button to send the message. On the right of the program you will see the result of the sending (message sent successfully or message failed).

If you have a list of phone numbers of users not saved in your Telegram Contact, you can bulk import them clicking on the button Import new contacts by Phone Number. Once you import the numbers, you will find the contacts under the name “Number-XXXXX” where XXXX is the phone number. You will be also able to select them and send the message (only valid Telegram phone number will be imported).

C) SENDING MESSAGES TO TELEGRAM GROUPS

To send a message to all telegram groups you wish to access the GROUP SEND tab. The program will load the groups present on your Telegram account and then you will have the possibility to choose which groups to send your message to. Finally press on SEND to send.

TELEGRAM GROUP SCRAPER

Group Scraper is the function that allows you to extrapolate the user names (usernames) of the groups to which you are subscribed. Once these usernames have been extrapolated, you can create lists of users that you can always contact via TexSender (with the function of sending messages to Username).

NB: Telegram shows up to 200 contacts (the most active in the last 24 hours) for each group. If you want to extract all members of a group we recommend that you use our other program TEXAPI PLUS.

Clicking on the GROUP SCRAPER button in the program home will open this window:

The program will automatically load all the groups in your Telegram account. Then all you have to do is select the group and press START at the bottom to start capturing the data.

Make sure that the Telegram Web window always appears in the background and you will notice automatic operations. On the right of the program will appear all the data extracted from the group (username and username, if they have been made public by the user).

Finally select the Username box and press the Export button to save all the usernames in an excel file on your computer. This file can then be imported into the Send to Username tab to send a message to all of them, or it can be used in the Add Member Group tab to add them to your group or channel.

ADD MEMBERS TO YOUR GROUP OR CHANNEL

By clicking on the ADD MEMBERS GROUP button you can open the function that allows you to invite users to join your group or channel. In many cases the user will be automatically added to your group.

Click on IMPORT USERNAME LIST to load the list of users to add. Then choose the target group and finally click on START INVITE.

After pressing START INVITE, the following screen will open which will ask you if you want to send from the Telegram account you are logged in (“Cache”), or choose another account (among those saved) or use multiple accounts in rotation (eg send in rotation 1 message for each account)

During the operations you will be able to see the invitations sent successfully and those that failed.

The program will automatically add a random delay between requests in order to reduce the risk of bans. Remember that for each account you can add up to 100 – 200 users per group per day. Thanks to the rotating multi-account function you can add more users.
